ModuleCo’s fast-track laboratories and clean rooms are steel-framed modular buildings that are built and fitted out in a factory environment. The majority of M&E installation takes place off site.

Our modular buildings are normally assembled at the factory, prior to delivery. This provides you with an opportunity to inspect and test the facility before it is a installed on your site. These buildings are available on a turnkey basis, including structural and architectural design, off-site manufacturing and fit-out, M&E services, delivery, installation and commissioning.
